Getting tv programs

Having problems with getting stations ordered called telus and they canceled programs and left me with a bill over 400 dollars

Wanting to get the programs I ordered from them seems to be a problem was put on hold for over an hour and then hung up on me Now I'm so pissed off

Can't seem to get changes or cancel my subscription with them 

Anyone who has had this problem can you please help me?
