Official Support TeamHello ChevChelios, I'm assuming you didn't find any Telus emails in your father's spam folder correct? I'm not finding any known issues with this system for now and sadly our options here are limited since we won't be able to access your dad's mobile account. Do you know if Best Buy's got a specific support channel and maybe save you some time?
