Billed without service

I am caught in a glitch of your system. I get billed while I have cancelled the installation before it happened, and I returned the equipment. I called at least 2 times, and was told this problem was fixed, yet I received another e-mail telling me I am late paying my bill, with late payment fee, and an increased amount, This is ridiculous.

      The message you sent me does not seem to work. Some kind of verification worked or did not work, I am not sure but, I am still in line for something, and I still received another email today that just want to remind me to pay a bill. 

      And this despite the fact that, yesterday, Feb. 04, I contacted a real person who, once more, told me it was fixed. This is plain RIDICULOUS. It seems the typical case where AI and computers overrun a whole organization to such a point that nobody knows what is going on.

      The yesterday Ref# for the cancellation of my account is 1257948409, in case you can fix it.  The first cancellation was on August 29 2025 ! But I keep receiving those emails. This is harassment, and I am thinking of suing your company.
