Wi-fi is so choppy - Calgary Cedarbrae
Just switched to Telus and my wifi disconnects so many times during the day. I had Telus for a few days and spent most of my time on the phone with Telus trying to fix it but no success. Doesn’t anyone else experiencing the same issue? We have fibre optic here

What happens when you connect by Ethernet cable? Wi-Fi has so many opportunities for interference, that it can be difficult to diagnose issues.
- Same thing, my cable wired to the router and no internet either. I heard from other homeowner that Telus cuts out often. Sounds like a common issue here

Then it would appear you need to contact Telus directly. I suggest reaching out to them through their X or Facebook page.
