Recently, my phone stopped working in my building too. No dial tone. I walk outside my building and it's fine. I spent about 3 hours with the Telus help which proved a waste of time.

2 years agoHi Not_Impressed - have you tried turning on Wi-Fi calling? It can help in those areas where you are experiencing a lack of signal.
