Who can disable Telus transparent proxy on my account?

I'm on Telus internet for good 50mbps account. Router is a Telus WiFi hub, my IP as according to the router is 10.80.244.x, but when I browse any web pages, there's a transparent proxy that redirects the traffic to me. This anonymizes my identity but at the same time, it breaks things like my IP phone.

If I browse to https://whatismyipaddress.com, it's showing my IP as 209.121.228.195. This is not my IP address, and I did not configure any proxies on my browser.

I used to be able to open a UDP port for wireguard server, but it has ceased working for a few months. On the last weekend I saw that incoming UDP traffic to the port was accepted but outgoing was blocked. Today both incoming and outgoing are both blocked.

I have called technical support many times but after modem resets and many hours of troubleshooting, still no one knows what's happening to my account. Who can I call to fix this issue?

I missed your message, but essentially if you call into their tech support, they'll deny the issue and insist the issue is on your end. Then you'll waste time doing all sorts of troubleshooting and modem reset and what not just so that they can dispatch a technician onsite. I was lucky to have a knowledgeable technican that pointed out the issue is telus using CGNAT to save cost, sharing IP addresses to multiple users but making us suffer from double-NAT issues and disables our port forwarding capability.

Thanks for the reply, but I'm not using Apple. I'm using Windows 10 with no proxy configured, and just plain chrome. My IP phone box is a Obi200, it shows registered on the network but no incoming calls can get through
