Where did BBC Channel 375 Go!
Tonight I sat down to watch a recorded show on Channel 375 BBC. Nothing -- gone, 1 hour and 3 minutes of a black screen!
If I go to Channel 375 it says BBCFHD?? The suggests that the channel exists? It looks like it has been dropped from my packages!
So TELUS where has it gone?
FINALLY! Why channel 375 disappeared was almost as mysterious as why I had channel 375 in the first place. I spent 40 minutes on the line with Telus tech support. With Juan's help the issue has been resolved to my satisfaction.
Telus, you need more tech support people like Juan!

I downloaded the Telus Channel PDF list but surprise, neither BBC First nor channel 375 are on the list. So my guess is that even if I was willing to subscribe to it I can't?
Again I can set channel 375 in My Favourites but I get nothing but a blank screen. Is anyone on here subscribed to and able to watch Channel 375? As the title says Where did Channel 375 Go?

Check the date on the channel PDF. Telus still has many outdated copies on their website that tend to appear in google search results. I haven't seen a current channel list PDF lately. Just one for 2025 that has an overview of the channel packs as linked directly on the website. That one does still show BBC First on it.
change your guide to ALL channels and 375 is there BBC First
Gone for me as well. Was it on free preview?
- I had it before I renewed in August and kept it after I renewed. (By my count that's 6 months!)Yes 375 is there BUT but Telus has removed my access to it. Interestingly when I normally go to an unsubscribed channel it automatically defaults to ALL Channels (something I hate). Not with 375.

That channel works fine for me. If you still subscribe to that channel, try rebooting your set top boxes and see if it'll work.
- I did a reboot and nothing changed.I suspect that it's Feb 1st and Telus has decided I no longer need BBC First. I have been subscribed to this channel forever ... or at least since my 2yr contract was renewed in August 2024.Anyone from Telus that can explain this? Anyone at Telus that can turn it back on for me?Rick
