Very low quality of connection
Has anyone been going through the same pain. I've spent 3 hours on the phone with tech, but it became only worse.
Same with mobility - telus tech is calling me but cannot get through. I am in a regular house, no highrise around me.

Can you provide more details? Generally, internet and mobile phone are two entirely different delivery methods.
