Hello, has anyone noticed when you sign up, and internet is installed you are offered home security as well for about $50 extra a month, but when you say NO, they still charge you? Even though you ev...
No problem. We did not sign up for security but the installation dude pushed it so much he did not accept no, and left two security devices in our suite. We immediately returned it the next day at Telus who are very very kind at the stores. Then I called again to ensure security was cancelled and I had to pay $3000 to get out of the security part. Etc.Gosh you guys in the stores are awesome but forcing additional service from the set up dude not great.
