TV with internet

Hello, has anyone noticed when you sign up, and internet is installed you are offered home security as well for about $50 extra a month, but when you say NO, they still charge you? Even though you even visit a store, and they are very very nice, the installer still bills you $50 a month and to get out of that contract, which is about $3000 extra a year, you have to pay about half to get out of the security package you NEVER accepted in the first place? Wow!

Hey CRO we can't charge you a cancellation fee for a service you didn't sign up for. Can you explain further what you mean?

No problem. We did not sign up for security but the installation dude pushed it so much he did not accept no, and left two security devices in our suite. We immediately returned it the next day at Telus who are very very kind at the stores. Then I called again to ensure security was cancelled and I had to pay $3000 to get out of the security part. Etc.Gosh you guys in the stores are awesome but forcing additional service from the set up dude not great.
      Take care.

If you were indeed charged for cancellation fees, can you please send us a message? We would like to investigate what happened
