I have to agree completely. The new minis and associated service are a complete failure! Today my wife find that she cannot get “subtitles” (CC) on her Britbox App making it almost impossible to watch. I have sent multiple emails regarding multiple different shortcomings with very minimal success at resolution. Time to consider options!

Thank You but none of these options apply to the Britbox app on my Telus TV+ streaming service. There is only a “subtitles” selection which cannot be activated. Luckily I have a ROKU TV so I can use that App instead of the streaming service I am actually PAYING for
