Telus TV Mini Issues
Had our 3 old Telus Optik boxes replaced with the minis. What a downgrade:

One of the many…maybe 1000’s…who is disappointed with TV Mini. Not sure what Telus was thinking here and/or if they did some trial launches.
Apart from all the other issues mentioned in the forum, the new Mini has disabled my elderly mother’s hearing enhancement device on her TV.
Hey Telus - would appreciate a call…yes, a real person please…on how to remedy. Like many older folks, conventional live/cable style TV is all she knows. Sadly, she now has to work with a somewhat confusing new interface and can no longer hear her favourite programming.
