Telus TV Mini Issues

It is without a doubt the worst piece of junk I have ever experienced. Too many steps to do what one could do with one on the old PVR......no choice of channels and times when setting it to record something, all my previous settings did not make the transition and believe me that is so frustrating I am about ready to go to Rogers. Then there are the black outs....screen suddenly goes black. I really got sucked in on this and even the 3 calls to Telus and a promise to send me a PVR never transpired. Am still waiting 6 weeks later
