On a slightly different note - I got a text from telus to get upgrades to the new boxes. The link does not work in that is shows an error message when trying to load my address. When I called Telus I got someone who could not help me then sent me to the Loyalty team who kept me on hold and wanted to send out a technician . It was my understanding that this process is essentially plug and pray. Telus sends you the new box and your recycle the olds ones. No one at Telus could help me out so I am hoping it is an error on the Telus website and should be fixed soon
