It's definitely worthwhile to upgrade, as our newest Optik platform has many new features such as unlimited cloud-based recordings up to 90 days, personalized user profiles, access to tons of apps from the Google Play Store, and seamless integration of various streaming services such as Netflix and Prime Video just to name a few! Can you confirm the free cloud based recording service does not end after 90 days, and it is the recordings that are not kept more than 90 days?

    We can confirm that the cloud-based recording service itself does not end after 90 days. Only the recordings have a 90-day retention period, meaning anything saved will automatically delete after that timeframe, but your ability to record and use the cloud PVR continues without interruption.
