can u help me solve my account w/ Telus Loyalty please. Case #13626 I have been overcharged by double on my home Internet for more then 1 year.. I work overseas I have been with Telus for 25 yrs ...

I have been calling Telus Loyalty hoping someone would answer & leaving messages with no reply.. extension 1407164 Priorty escalation direct number
ETS# 1238586 contact Daniel...I tried calling 50+ times last week hoping someone would answer include waking up at 3 & 4 am to phone during your business hours... Does anyone answer this or is only voiemail I think & I get errors when leaving messages from Thailand.. Are my messages getting throu or I am wasting my time calling more thinking someone will answer eventually????? Please check with this extension & reply if it is working please please... Iwill try again today & hope this can get resolved as promised Jeff
