Telus Boost Wi-Fi 6 Lite admin login not working

I'm using the info in this picture in the latest version of Firefox

And getting this 

Can someone please let me know if I'm missing something since I would like change the network name and passwords ?

Due to a medical issue I can't use the internet on the phone.

    Hi there, we recommend trying the following from a computer:

    • Clear your browser cache and cookies, then fully close and reopen Firefox
    • Try accessing the modem page using a different browser if available (such as Chrome, Edge, or Safari)
    • Ensure you’re connected directly to your TELUS network (Wi-Fi or Ethernet), not a VPN
