Teckin SP10

Is the Teckin SP10 smart socket a compatible device to connect to Telus Smart Home app?

    I would doubt that Teckin hardware will work. It wouldn't meet Telus' Data Security policy. Teckin's website fine print seems to indicate that their hardware and app may send your information to a foreign country. Teckin, CleanHelios, Longtour Photology Co., Ltd., or which ever other names they are operating under, are based in Shenzhen China.

     

    Most users seem to have trouble getting Teckin's own gear to work with Teckin's app. I personally would never use their products.
