Screen randomly goes blank

I have had Telus TV and Internet for a couple years now and the last few weeks the screen will go blank for 2 to 15 seconds during a show. Happens maybe 2 to 5 times a day. Has anyone else had this problem? And yes I have reset everything, done Internet speed checks and nothing helps.
