Remove an anchor cable of the utility pole

Hi, Dimo-X:

 

It's confirmed that this is a Telus' unitily pole. City planner and BC Hydro both confirmed that it's Telus' responsibility to repair it with a different solution rather than using an anchor cable blocking the house drive way in the back lane.

Gotcha! Sorry to hear it's taking a long while to sort out Renzi829... it might help to call in and request the issue to be escalated.

    I have called in, but the answer is that nothing they can do but wait... Looks I have to wait for another several weeks to see if any action will be taken by Telus...
