PVR Issue

For 3 years we have had absolutely terrible service from Telus regarding our PVR performance. I have called many times to have the problems resolved with no long term response. Some of these calls have lasted over 2 hours. I am sick of re-booting and unplugging the system. I have asked numerous times for a new system with no success. So many times we have recorded a program or sports event, then on playback our TV freezes up part way through. We have had many different error messages appear on our TV screen. When asked if this is a common problem; the technician told me this is rare. The last 2 times I called; I specifically asked for a new box but was put off both times.  I will make one more final call tomorrow. If Telus cannot totally fix this issue once and for all, I intend to cancel all of our accounts. We pay around $5,000.00 for our internet, TV, 2 cell phones and land line.  We do not get the service or value we deserve for this amount of money.
