I was told I could apply my points to my account. How do I do this?

Why would the Telus Representative tell me I could do this then?

Hello. Using your TELUS Rewards points toward your bill is unfortunately no longer an option within the program. As mentioned above, there are still other ways to redeem points of course, many of which are for commonly purchased items to save you the same amount of money in the end.

I’m not aware of any way to use the points collected from Telus services to pay for Telus services. The closest is for prepaid cards to use at Telus stores. I usually just get a card for something I’m going to use anyway (gas, Amazon, etc) and use the cash I would have spent on those things towards my Telus bill.
