NVidia Geforce Now Firewall Block

Looking for help with my Wifi. I called tech support and the individual was unable to help me. I have a NVIDIA GEFORCE NOW account that is unable to be accessed on my home WIFI. I am able to use it when I'm gone for work and use other public or private wifi's. I have attached a screenshot with the error code.

    Hi MGerth - I would check your windows settings to see if you have your windows Firewall enabled

      Thanks I have checked that and have allowed all permissions through for the app/site I am trying to use. I am also using Telus online security, I haven’t had any issues when using other internet locations. It is only on my home wifi that I am unable to access the Site.
