I also cannot find any way to cancel unwanted service. I submit requests and I get a generic "We are experiencing technical issues, try again later". I've tried several times and different times of the day and it never works. Cannot get a live agent on the support chat and get stuck on hold for hours on the support phone line. Has anyone else found a way to prevent them from continuing to bill for unused services?
