New smart hub - no internet

I have now had 7 phone calls to tech support.  It gets escalated and then I get disconnected.  They made a tech appointment and that was cancelled because I am not rural.   No follow up.  I have set up the equipment.  Strong signals, all lights correct,  cables correct.  I can connect to Wifi but no internet.  Checked with multiple devices and hardwired.  No internet.  The cell phone tower is 1000 feet away and I get 100 plus speed on my phone.  I am at loss.  I keep getting asked the same questions and when i get it escalated I get no response.  Sent email pictures and they gave up and stopped responding.  About to back it up and send it back

  • I have solved my own problem. Telus sent me to SIM cards. I’m not sure why. I tried the other one and it worked.
