6 months agoThe NAH/NH20A is the Telus router. What model is the device you are referring to as the "Telus ISP Router"?

Isn't the NH20A a Modem when in bridge mode? The ISP Router is the white arcyden trash cans (I believe this is what they call them).

Normally you won't have both of those devices. Are you sure the white cylinder isn't a Wifi 6 Boost AP? How many ports are on the back of it? The NAH doesn't have wifi on board so a Boost AP is usually provided with it. It isn't a router and you do not want to have it connected to a bridged NAH.
