I'm running into the exact same problem. I had no issue at a previous location bridging the 10G port on the NH20A, but since moving houses, I've been pulling my hair out trying to figure out why the bridged 10 G port works perfectly for ~35 minutes and then drops to no connectivity.
After another call with tech support yesterday, the Telus agent just flat-out said they don't support using third-party routers in bridge mode. I am also struggling to figure out my next steps. I did read somewhere that just using the DMZ feature might be a work around to this problem with bridge mode.
