Official Support TeamOur team is aware of both issues (both have been flagged to our dev team from users here in the community as well). No updates to share as of right now, but we'll advise when we hear back.
That type of canned, boilerplate Telus Support response is not aging well.
I'll take it up with Loyalty/Retention and request a monthly credit for the 7-Theme Pack portion of the bill. Only paying for the Crave and Netflix premium portions would be fair and reasonable until these "TV-" issues are resolved.
