Moving
I was on the phone for at least 2 hours the other day, trying to explain to the customer service representative that the new place I’m moving to has Telus as part of their rental package. Finally I gave up and decided to move my services to my new address despite already having it hooked up in the new place by the landlord/owners.
today I was called by Telus, only to find out they put me on a 24 month contract despite the fact that the CSR told me there was no contract and I’d pay so much per month. She lied to me. Now I just want to cancel my contract but I only have 4 months left on it. I don’t want to pay a cancellation fee. I don’t like that the lady lied to me. I could barely understand the CSR today due to his English.
I don’t want to be on the phone for another 2 hrs. What to do????
