Community ManagerWe’re sorry to hear about the picture quality issues you’re experiencing. Have you tried adjusting the HDMI settings on your TV or switching HDMI ports? Also, ensuring your TELUS TV box is running the latest firmware update may help. If the issue persists, please send a private message TELUS_Support so we can look into this further for you.
Well so far nothing has worked . Just updated the firmware on my lg tv with no success . I’ll check to see if there’s a firmware update available on the Telus box
