Internet cuts out
We are new to Telus, and have found out internet shuts down multiple times a day. any thoughts on how to fix this?

Community Power UserCan you elaborate? Is it wifi or does your router lost it's internet. Any additional would be helpful.
- Router cuts out.
Affects both wireless and hard wired things.
Turns out… we were given the wrong modem. A new one will be installed on Friday. Hopefully that will fix the issue.
