Internet Connection - Calgary NW

Hi, has anyone else been having problems with the internet connection? I moved to Evanston NW almost two months ago, and every other day, I have issues. Sometimes, the internet goes down for a few minutes, but sometimes, it goes down for hours. They already changed the hub, and it looks all fine on Telus's end, but I keep having connection problems. Is it happening to anyone else?
