    I don't have any AirPort connections but your response prompted me to feed in your answer into ChatGPT. It would appear that this problem is DNS related and quite well known. I made the recommended changes and that appears to have solved the problem. A comprehensive response with clear step by step solutions to try. Maybe Telus should consider using AI to assist their customers?

Have you tried choosing a preferred AirPort Network? That's been known to cause issues in the past. Otherwise reaching out to our Tech Support team may indeed be your best bet. Let us know!
