I have not received the activation emails for Stream+
I have just acquired the OptikTv and Stream+ bundle, already received the Digital Box and set it to work but I am not able to link my existing Netflix, Amazon and Disney+ accounts. A sales representative told me that I needed an acivation email which I didn't receive. I try to obtain such email through several other channel but had no answer whatsoever, is it possible to be assisted through the forum?
