I would try rebooting your modem first to see if it fixes the problem. If not the easiest way to talk with someone at Telus is to login to your myTelus account and start a chat session. Just keep putting in need Team member and after a few tries the stupid bot will get you someone to talk to. Always worked for me and you don’t have to wait long.
