I ask for help

I apologize, but this is a cry from the heart... Every month I pay money for Telus (home Internet). But for the third month, I can't use it. Every 5-7 minutes - disconnect and no Internet. I don't know how to refuse such Internet. THIS IS A NIGHTMARE. No support, except for a stupid bot. Where I am tired of writing about my problems. No phone numbers where I can complain. Good people, help me. I live in Alberta, Calgary. How can I make my Internet work or refuse it???

    I answered you, my internet continues to not work, you do nothing. Where is the service I pay money for, how long can this continue? What needs to be done so that you start working? I insist, either you solve the problem or let's break the contract.

    I have been experiencing problems with the Internet for two months, all I have achieved is the withdrawal of a monthly payment from my bank card and communication with the bot program. The phone number that your bot provided me for contacting support constantly replies that there are no free consultants. I want to terminate my contract and refuse your service, my nerves are more important to me. How can I do this????

    I received many private messages and emails, with advice on how to reboot the router (this is some kind of mockery), then I spent half a day talking to a bot, received a phone number to contact. I called... waited an hour... then selected the function to call me back... No one called back. I call again, wait more than an hour... I don't understand, is this normal???? How can I refuse your Internet???

      I have rebooted the router a hundred times, I am tired, after my hard work, of writing and communicating with a stupid bot. I demand that you provide me with stable Internet, for which I pay money. Why do I pay you money and you do not want to work???? You have my account number, where my address is indicated. Your system administrator can remotely monitor problems with the Internet, at my address. SOLVE THE PROBLEM, I am tired of paying for constant disconnection.

  • I would try rebooting your modem first to see if it fixes the problem.  If not the easiest way to talk with someone at Telus is to login to your myTelus account and start a chat session.  Just keep putting in need Team member and after a few tries the stupid bot will get you someone to talk to.  Always worked for me and you don’t have to wait long.
