I already cancelled my account. Why did the installatio team go to my house
Hello, there were a lot of back and forths trying to get my internet set up by optic fibre team for months.
Up to the point where now I decided NOT to go with telus. Cancelled my telus internet plan. I signed up for another internet carrier. Today, they went to my house without authorization. Assuming trying to install the drop. I don't even know if they installed anything to my house. It's a newly built house and they went to my house without any permission!!
WHY?! When I need you the team to install they won't do it. When I don't need them they do the job. What's going on?
Worst service ever.

Hey KQX - our vendors most likely went out to install the fibre drop even though you cancelled so the work is done if you change your mind later down the road. Send us a message if there is anything we can do to help
