How soon should I let Telus know that I'm moving?
I'm moving in 25 days. Do I need to let Telus know of my address change now or closer to the date?

Hey George! It kinda depends if the new address has a connection already. The longest time we could need is 21 days if we need to pull a fibre line to the new address so I would call in now. It also helps to have less things to worry about
