How do you get Telus to do customer service they brag about
So, I have been wasting away my life for 2 months trying to get Telus to replace one of their broken Lock Boxes in our Condo Complex. This lockbox holds the keys to our communication room so technici...
I have heard your empty promises soo many times. Do not contact me unless you have a definite 100% fixed date for the installer with the lock box.
I simply do not want anymore excuse or fake promises or apologies, they are empty words.
