How do i delete youtube?
My kids are always sneaking onto YouTube. I tried "disabling" but all they have to do is click the app and re-enable it and it's back up and running withing moments. My children do not need unfettered...
Hi Carrkb There currently isn't an option to delete apps that come pre-installed on the box. You can create a kids profile where app access isn't allowed. Please see the instructions here for "user profile on Optik TV and Pik TV"

We reported this problem years ago. Why telus technicians couldn’t do this simple issue, the kids would be sitting in front of the TV whole day.
