Official Support TeamHi Corinaw - we do have a strict policy that only account holders can cancel services to protect the account holder.
We can make things work by speaking to you about what you plan on doing (cancelling) and having the account holder with you to authorize the cancellation. Since these services are linked to the account holder's credit, they need to be aware of any cancellations.
