Hi folks

Hi folks so I recently bought my own wifi router a tp link BE9700 I have it on partial bridge mode the nah20t. My Telus white MOCA connected to tp link deco shows the ip address in Abbotsford be9700 wifi 7 shows I’m in Campbell river is this normal? For partial bridge if I full bridge mode will the Telus white mocas continue to work? Thanks! Or the Moca function? On the nah20t? Thanks thanks!

When using partial bridge mode on the NH20T, it’s normal to see location differences like Abbotsford vs. Campbell River. This is based on how IP addresses are assigned and geolocated by third-party services, and sometimes they can appear inconsistent depending on how your new TP-Link BE9700 router is handling the public IP. As for full bridge mode, enabling full bridge will disable most routing functions on the NH20T, including MOCA support, meaning your white Telus MOCA adapters may stop working if they rely on the NH20T to manage their connections. If your white MOCA is being used to deliver PureFibre TV service (like Optik TV boxes), we don’t recommend using full bridge mode, as this may disrupt that functionality.
