Fibre pedestal unlocked and open
Looking for a simple method to report infrastructure disorders without the hassle of IVR or phoning CS . There should be a proper method for this. Thank you.

Official Support TeamThere is! You can go to www.telus.com/status and click on the green 'Report an outage' button on the right hand side. Then select the right hand button that also says 'Report an outage' (has a little tower icon on it). That'll take you to a quick form where you can put in your name and location of the pedestal. Then select 'TELUS cabinet or pedestal damage' and enter some brief info for our team. That goes straight to our field team for investigation.
