Fibre installation

I scheduled a fibre installation in Okotoks Alberta about a month and a half ago, they dug the trench and brought the line to the house 2 weeks later. But now another two weeks later and multiple scheduled appointments to actually install inside the residence, the technicians seemingly have no idea what's going on. There's no signal to the house from the box and they have no idea what box it's supposed to be coming from. I'm not sure how this can happen multiple times with knowing this is a continuous issue. Now I have to wait another two weeks just for another new technician to tell me the same exact thing.
