Error code 2001
I am getting an error code:2001 on the telus tv+ app on my phone every channel does it. Anyone know of a fix? I've googled it and everything on that code says it's a Bell code.

Yes numerous times, tried clearing cache and data as well. Problem persists

For the TV+ app version, you can find this by tapping on the profile icon, then on App information.Samsung s24 ultra

Hmm, and you have tried deleting and reinstalling the app I suppose?
