Equipment returned via Canada Post but not delivered to Telus
I have returned Telus modem via Canada Post on Oct0ber 21, 2025. It's arrived in Richmond, BC, and status is "Out for Delivery" on October 24, 2025. It looks like Telus did not received the returned equipment. What are my options to cancel the charge for the equipment I have sent but it was either not delivered by Canada Post or received by Telus. Thank you.
