I have tried to order a digital box so we can enjoy our Disney + subscription on our main tv. Was told they aren’t available even though I was able to order one after being on hold for 2hrs on Jan 13...

- I had a request in and it’s been over 8 weeks. If Telus is going to promote something then they really need to ensure they have the stock to fulfill the demand.Very terrible service.Lately Telus has gone down hill since being a customer for so many years. Sad to see.
