Digital boxes
I have tried to order a digital box so we can enjoy our Disney + subscription on our main tv. Was told they aren’t available even though I was able to order one after being on hold for 2hrs on Jan 13. When will these be available so we can enjoy our Disney plus??

We don't have an ETA. If you've requested it via www.telus.com/tvboxrequest. There is usually a 6-8 week processing time.
- I had a request in and it’s been over 8 weeks. If Telus is going to promote something then they really need to ensure they have the stock to fulfill the demand.Very terrible service.Lately Telus has gone down hill since being a customer for so many years. Sad to see.
