Channel 727 Naturescape - guide errors

The start times of new programs continues to shift. New programs are now starting at the :24 minute mark, rather than the top of the hour. This is a 24 minute shift from two months ago, so supposedly it will be back to the :00 mark in another two months. But, will it stay there or just overshoot?
Alas, the Telus guide is not very useful for ch. 727. It is even less useful for ch. 965 or 968, both of which seem to be utterly unrelated to what is aired.

We've flagged this with the specific vendor that handles this channel, who advised us that they're working on resolving it as quickly as possible.
The new programs continue to shift their starting times. Lately, a new program starts at :12 instead of :00. A couple more weeks and the start time should be at :00 again, but then what? Will it stay there?
I heard this recently from Stingray, the broadcaster for ch. 727:
"Sometimes the broadcasting is working fine on our end but the receiving provider might have an issue. The issue might be coming from different sources. Our team is investigating to understand why this issue is happening on your end but not on our end."
So they seem to think the issue is with Telus, not with them.
