The guide mismatch has been for the past month or so. Prior to that there was no issue.

The time error keeps shifting - now a program on ch. 727 which is supposed to start at say 9:00pm actually starts at 9:43pm. In the past few years, the program changes always happened near the top of the hour. This error seems more of a broadcast channel error than a Telus guide error, but if the channel does keep making program changes around the :43 minute mark, then the guide needs to be adjusted accordingly.
The start time for any programs on this channel continue to shift. Lately, the new programs are starting at :34 instead of :00. Another 34 minutes of shift to occur and perhaps it will be back to normal - but for how long?
I realize that this is an issue from the channel itself, but it sure does make the Telus guide look useless.
Is this channel actually run by real humans, or is some defective AI in charge of their schedule? How difficult can it be to get their programs delivered when they should be? You stated 18 days ago "the provider advised that they're working on it as we speak" yet still nothing is normal.
